Before Sleep

Reported by `Aishah (RA): Whenever the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) went to bed, he would blow upon his hands recite Al-Mu`awwidhat [Surah Al Ikhlas, Surah Al Nas, Surat Al-Falaq]; and pass his hands over his body. [Bukhari and Muslim]
